In the US, Rollz rollators have been reviewed and can now be billed to Medicare or other health insurances. Your Prescribing Health Provider must issue a prescription with the appropriate HCPCS codes to qualify for coverage or reimbursement. To increase chances of getting approved, your healthcare provider must specify the Rollz product needed or the specific mobility functions it provides.
With this prescription, you can request a Rollz product at a Medicare approved Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider or apply for reimbursement through Medicare or other health insurances.

Medicare provides coverage for walkers that meet specific medical criteria. Medicare approved walkers must have the correct HCPCS codes and be prescribed by a qualified healthcare provider or licensed physician.
Rollz Air – PDAC approved for HCPCS code:
- E0143 – walker, folding, wheeled, adjustable or fixed height
- E0156 – seat attachment, walker
Rollz Flex – PDAC approved for HCPCS code:
- E0143 – walker, folding, wheeled, adjustable or fixed height
- E0156 – seat attachment, walker
Rollators coded for Medicare – Fee Schedule Coverage Pending
If you require additional assistance with walking, you may be eligible for a Medicare rollator. Rollators covered by Medicare must be prescribed by your healthcare provider and meet specific functional requirements. Medicare may reimburse part or all of the cost, depending on your insurance plan.
