In the US, Rollz rollators have been reviewed and can now be billed to Medicare or other health insurances. Your Prescribing Health Provider needs to provide you with a prescription with matching HCPCS codes to Medicare or other health insurances to apply for coverage or re-imbursement. To increase chances of receiving coverage, your prescribing healthcare provider must specifically prescribe the Rollz product needed or prescribe specific functions the Rollz products provide.

With this prescription you can request a Rollz product at your local Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider that is Medicare approved. Or apply for coverage or reimbursement through Medicare and other health insurances.
