Order and return information
The credit/debit card payment is processed by Stripe, who is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of security certification available in the payments industry. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) are a set of rules to protect the customer’s credit/debit card payment information through all aspects of the transaction (processing, storage, and transmission).
Orders over $100 are free of delivery costs. Orders under $100 will cost $15 to send.
We endeavor to deliver and process your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery of your Rollz product
Your purchase will be properly packaged in a Rollz box and delivered by FedEX. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from FedEX with the track & trace number. This allows you to check when the delivery is planned.
We hope you’re happy with every purchase you make with Rollz Mobility US Inc., but if you want to return your product, you must request to do so within 14 days of receiving the product by filling in the return request form below. After we have validated your return, you’ll receive the return label (in case you’ve received an incorrect or damaged product) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to use as shipping reference. Items received without an RMA number refused.

After filling in this form, we will get back to you as soon as possible and, when you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, send you an RMA and return label. After receiving the return, we’ll send you a replacement of the ordered item(s).
If there’s another reason you want to return your product, you have to arrange the shipping yourself. We will give you an RMA that you must fill in on the return label.
You’ll have to send the product back within 30 days after receiving the item. The product needs to be unused and in the same condition as received, also with original packaging material still attached and in the original box.

If the item you received is the ordered item and not damaged, you’ll be charged for 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
Please keep this in mind:
- You can request to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period we cannot accept any return requests.
- To receive a refund (only when the returned products aren’t damaged or incorrect, as they will be replaced) the product(s) must be returned unused, complete, undamaged (except if you’ve received it like this) and in the original packaging.
- In the case the product(s) are not returned in their original condition, Rollz Mobility US Inc. reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s).
- If return meets all requirements of Rollz policy, refund will be issued within 30 days of completion of return procedure.
- When you return the product without the provided return label and/or RMA, the return will be refused.
- If the returned products do not meet our policy a refund will not be provided
